Mondia Media

Mondia is a multi-national IT company offering services to major telcos across the world.

We innovated new products, built quick, interactive prototypes and made business cases to be presented to the different stakeholders. Innovation meant creative solutions of potential interest to partner telcos, but actual implementation would not start until after a partner commits.

In a company of 220 employees across 7 countries, we successfully moved the entire communication over Slack. Significantly improving communication across the board.

We also set up a unique innovation process for the company to follow, and were able to win major customers committing payments with only prototypes.
