Octopii

Octopii is a smart SaaS product that allows small and medium sized service-based businesses to automate operations, monitor logistics, and utilize their resources in order to retain their customers and scale.

We built the dev team from the ground up, hired talent, set up the scrum process, produced wireframes and a comprehensive product map, and delivered the MVP.

We also put together a pitch deck for investors that tells the story and demonstrates the need and proves that the solution is validated.

We also managed the entire design and development process.

In a very short period of time, and with relatively limited resources, we were able to go to market with an MVP, onboarded clients, and allowed the market to dictate product expansion.
